Shipping policy
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be canceled.
However, once your order arrives, you may reach out to support@mydreamova.com to begin a return or exchange under our return policy.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, your order is protected if lost in transit. You will have the option to either have the order reshipped or refunded.
Orders using Standard Shipping or Priority Processing will be reshipped if lost during transit.
Worldwide Shipping
We currently ship to 200+ countries worldwide.
If your location is not supported, our team will contact you promptly.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping and billing address is correct before completing checkout.
If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, dreamova is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.
If our team made an address error, we will resend your order at no additional cost.
Customs & Import Fees
Customs fees, duties, or taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. These fees are not covered by dreamova. By placing an order, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on location. These are our estimates:

Holiday Season Notice
During peak seasons, shipping may take an additional 5–7 business days due to increased carrier volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
Weekend Processing
Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. This may add 1–2 days to shipping estimates.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
For certain shipping methods, tracking may not be available due to carrier limitations.
If tracking shows “No Information Available” for more than 7 business days after purchase, please contact us at support@mydreamova.com.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages.
